I have 2 tips for the day:
- Go through your pantry/freezer with a point calculator and a permanent marker and write how many points the food has right on the box or can.
- Ugh!!! I just forgot my second tip. Maybe tip #2 should be, never trust a 45-year-old scatterbrain to remember her diet tips.
